Silvia Abeloe is a Mom to a 19-year-old young man who is
severely impacted by autism. She has been married for 26
years to her husband Ken and they live in Carlsbad, CA (North San
Diego County).
Silvia was a Service Director for United Airlines at
Washington Dulles International Airport in Northern Virginia when
she decided to leave the workforce, start a family, and move back
to her home state of California to raise their son. The travel bug
has never escaped her. Traveling the world and scuba diving are her
two favorite hobbies and pastimes.
Silvia's goal for her son’s future is that he lead a
productive and independent life with a support team in place in his
own home. They want him to live his best life and are currently on
a path to have Supportive Living Services aid him with that
goal.
